Policies

Deposits:

An advance deposit of 50% of your stay, or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, must be received at the time of reservation.

Deposits are refundable, less a $25 service charge, provided that notice of cancellation or reservation change is received not less than 7 days prior to arrival. Your deposit will be forfeited on all cancellations of less than 7 days notice.

50% deposit is required for certain holiday reservations.

As part of the registration process, guests are required to sign a release form stating acceptance of responsibilites for payment of any damages to the unit, or to Attitash Motel property, occuring during their stay.

Security deposit for all units is $150, payable by check, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, or Discover upon check-in. Credit Card slips will be destroyed on the evening of your departure provided there is no damage to the unit. If paid by check, security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days by check, provided the unit is not damaged.

Check-in/Check-out

Main registration (at Attitash Mountain Village) is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Check-in is after 4 PM, check-out is by 11 AM.

Guests of Attitash Marketplace Motel should use 603.374.2300 and their room extension number.

The 800 number cannot be connected to the rental units.

Facilities:

Guests are encouraged to use all of the Attitash Mountain Village amenities at no additional charge. These include:

• Recreation rooms
• Glass-enclosed swimming pool
• Spa tub and year-round outdoor spa tub

Also seasonally available are on-site outdoor pools, cross-country ski trails and lighted ice skating rink, tennis, and over 15 other amenities.

Miscellaneous:

• Smoke free environment.
• All rates are subject to 9% NH Rooms & Meals Tax.
• Dogs are allowed in designated dog-friendly units (only) at the Attitash Marketplace Motel for an additional fee. There is a $100 fee for unauthorized pets on property. If you are traveling with your dog, there is a full service dog store in North Conway - Four Your Paws Only.
• Rates are Per Unit.
• Packages are not available during certain holiday periods. Additional restrictions may apply. Weekend rates apply during school vacation and holiday periods.
