Policies

Deposits: An advance deposit of one night's stay or 50% of your total stay, whichever is greater, must be received upon making your reservation.  Deposits are refundable, less a $25.00 service charge, provided that notice of cancellation or reservation change is received 14 days prior to arrival. Your deposit will be forfeited on all cancellations of less than 14 days notice. 50% deposit is required for certain holiday reservations. As part of the registration process, guests are required to sign a release form stating acceptance of responsibilities for payment of any damages to the unit, or to The Oxen Yoke property, that occur during their stay.
A security deposit will be required at check-in, payable by cash, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, or Discover. Credit Card slips will be destroyed on the evening of your departure provided there is no damage to the unit. If paid by cash, security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days by check, provided the unit is not damaged.Rates and Policies are subject to change without notification and may vary during holiday, vacation, and other peak periods. Check-in/Check-out: Registration is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-in is after 4 PM, Check-out is by 11 AM. Facilities: Guests are invited to use all the amenities of the Eastern Slope Inn Resort at no additional charge.Miscellaneous: All rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax. Rates are Per Unit. 

Dogs are welcome in select units at an additional cost. There is a $200 fee for unauthorized pets on property.If you are traveling with your dog, there is a full service dog store in North Conway Village - Four Your Paws Only.
